AI is transforming coaching and giving us unprecedented access to knowledge about cultures and cultural differences. Yet information alone is not cultural intelligence. Drawing on more than two decades of cross-cultural experience and research, I believe effective coaching today requires the ability to combine this knowledge with curiosity, cultural humility, relational awareness, and the capacity to navigate human complexity.
